Service

SponsorPro provides subscription access to software for compliance workflow management.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for data accuracy and lawful use of the service.

No legal advice

SponsorPro is a software platform and does not provide legal or immigration advice.

Billing and renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

Merchant of Record and customer billing support

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Termination

Either party may terminate in line with applicable subscription terms and law.
